Terms and Conditions

By using Phoenix CSI MSP services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services: We provide managed IT services as detailed in the Service Agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities: Provide accurate information, ensure system compatibility, allow access, and comply with laws.

3. Fees and Payment: Fees are due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments incur interest. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

4. Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice for breach. We may terminate immediately for non-payment.

5. Confidentiality: Confidential information must be kept private during and for three years after the service term.

6. Data Security: We protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Warranties: Services are provided "as is," with no additional warranties beyond reasonable skill and care.

9. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of Indiana. Disputes resolved in its courts.

10. Changes to Terms: Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use indicates acceptance.
